If you need to change or cancel an order, reach out as early as possible. Once flowers are designed, prepared for pickup, or out for delivery, options may be limited.
Custom work, event florals, and highly time-sensitive requests may involve different cancellation rules because labour and product are often committed in advance.
Perishable product expectations
Fresh flowers naturally vary by season, stem availability, and bloom stage. Variation alone does not mean an order was incorrect, especially when the overall style, colour story, and value were preserved.

Delivery-related concerns
Accurate delivery details matter. We are not responsible for problems caused by incorrect recipient information, unavailable recipients, or destination restrictions that were not shared when ordering.
